By submitting, you agree to partner with Sudz-Ez as a marketplace service provider, provide accurate business information, maintain required licenses and insurance, and follow the Sudz-Ez Partner Operating Standards (inventory, bag handling, order cycle, and customer escalation). Final partnership terms and the full operating SOP are confirmed during onboarding.
- Receive an Android tablet with the Sudz-Ez Provider web app pre-loaded; sign in and complete portal setup (business photo, services, Stripe Connect, verification documents).
- Sudz-Ez provides starter Sudz-Ez bags and in-store marketing materials — store bags in a clean, presentable area.
- Store bags where they stay clean and safe; partners replace lost, stolen, or damaged bags at their expense.
- Initial tablet is complimentary; a $100 fee applies if a replacement tablet is requested (deducted from earnings).
- Receive order notification; approve or decline and adjust completion time if needed.
- After accepting, a Sudz-Ez courier picks up laundry and delivers it to your store.
- Direct customers to in-app customer service for most app-related issues.
- For in-store issues you can resolve directly, use your discretion.
